Luana had applied for a nanny job that I posted and expressed interest in the role. When it was time for us to connect initially, she became non-responsive. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and did a reach out to her again. She responded and we were able to schedule an interview on Zoom. Luana did not show up for the interview and never got back in touch. Red flags across the board. Would not recommend for childcare needs.
