About Lrae

Hi! My name is L'Rae, and I have years of experience working with children of all ages, including those with neurological learning differences and special needs. I have a background in psychology and child development, and I'm passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for kids. I currently work as an Aquatics Manager at Aqua-Tots Swim School, where I teach children water safety and swimming skills and have experience from Jacob's Ladder, where I worked closely with children supporting their developmental and cognitive growth. I am patient, organized, and attentive to each child's unique needs. Whether it's playtime, homework help, or bedtime routines, I strive to make every experience positive and enriching.
