As a natural-born caregiver, I've been passionate about childcare for as long as I can remember, and have 6 years of experience as a childcare provider. My previous babysitting roles allowed me to gain hands-on experience and reinforced my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. When communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise, I find it most effective to send written daily reports and provide regular updates via text or phone call. I tailor my communication approach based on the parents' preferred method. I believe in fostering a nurturing environment while enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. This approach ensures that children feel safe, respected, and supported.
