About Lourdes

I'd describe my personality as caring, enthusiastic, supportive. I like tutoring because I like to share the variety of teaching techniques I have learned over my years of teaching. I started tutoring when I was beginning my full time teaching career. I took a small break while I settled into my new career and now I am even more prepared to offer students high quality instruction. In my spare time, I like to hike and bike with my daughter. One thing you should know about me is I have experience working with a variety of learners from gifted students to students with autism spectrum disorder to ADHD to learning differences. All students have the ability to progress and grow. My skills include patience, knowledge of different learning styles, enthusiasm for learning.
