Louna is amazing! She communicates well, our children adore her, and she is very professional. She instantly gives off the sweet/nurturing demeanor that would make any parent feel that they made the right choice. We have four children with ages ranging from 3 months - 9 years old and she manages to tend to them all without anyone feeling left out. It takes a lot to be positively memorable to children, and Louna does it with ease. Very thankful for her!
