As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing children's growth and development. My journey began with fulfilling a summer camp counselor role, where I discovered my knack for caring for children. Being a patient and approachable individual, I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for the children in my care. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide regular verbal updates during pickup and follow their preferred communication method to ensure any concerns or achievements are promptly addressed. Regarding household rules, I adhere to the parents' guidelines and ensure a consistent and respectful approach. My approach to playtime is varied, encompassing outdoor sports and physical games to encourage physical activity, board games and puzzles to stimulate mental development, and educational games that make learning fun.
