Louise is the TOTAL PACKAGE. Our kids are now almost 3 and 6, and Louise started with our family when my youngest was a newborn. She has raised my kids with love, gentleness, clear rules, and tons of silliness. Louise is so organized, thoughtful, and fun. She is careful to check in and make sure all caregivers/parents are on the same page. Not only does do tons of learning activities and adventures with the kids, she is always thinking about how to help them with socio-emotional learning and develop as confident and capable little people. She's a fabulous cook, a careful driver, an organized co-caregiver, an educator, and just loving person. Also, she just can't help but make the house cleaner every time she comes :) With our youngest entering full time preschool, we will miss her desperately, and she'll always be a member of our family.
