As a nurturing and responsible childcare provider with over two decades of experience, I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to positively impact children's lives. My calm and patient demeanor, combined with my ability to communicate effectively with parents, allows me to build strong relationships with families. I believe in open communication and keeping parents informed about their child's day, whether through written daily reports or verbal communication at pickup. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and creating a structured environment for children to thrive. My experience with special needs children has further equipped me to handle various situations with sensitivity and understanding.
