Losa was an excellent caregiver for my terminal father. She was very gentle while being extremely efficient. She also sang and played music which calmed him down in his final days. The thing I liked the most about her was she took the time to give me tips and tactics to move him and keep him comfortable so I could take care of him when she wasn't there. 100% would definitely use again....
