First off I am NOT professionally licensed or trained to deal with children with any kind of disability. I am "life trained". I have a 14-year-old son who has Autism, ADHD, Sensory Integration Disorder, Speech Delay and Allergies. I also have a 6-Year-old nephew with a Speech delay. My experience is vast and varied as army parents experiences are. I worked hard with my son.... I have worked with my son who was non verbal to now an A student in the Junior Honor Society who has phased out of speech, OT, PT and his aide. I am passionate and understanding, and love kids.
