About Lori

Hi! Your children are in good hands with me! I am a fully vetted special education teacher in addition to being a caregiver. I have a 27-year-old son with an intellectual disability and on the autism spectrum and a 24-year-old daughter who works at Disney World in Florida! Not only do I have experience with neurodiverse children, but I have extensive experience working with children of all abilities. I used to be the resident storyteller at The Dinosaur Farm in Pasadena as well as a few pre-schools in La Canada. I have also taught musical theatre musical and dance over the years. I'd describe my personality as fun, playful, and caring. I love playing games, guiding imaginative time, reading stories, playing dress-up and encouraging children's creative sides. I can also help with homework and tutoring. I am CPR certified and extremely reliable. Oh! And I love animals, so if you have a family pet (furry ones, not slithery ones,) even better! :-)
