About Lori

Hi, I have experience in a variety of different areas: 1:1 with a baby nurse, nanny, mother's helper, babysitter, photographer, camp counselor and a Recreation Therapist. I have worked in a Day Care Setting as a Lead Teacher for Infants, Toddlers and ages 3 -5. I volunteer as a camp counselor at Camp Sunshine during Oncology Week for ages 6-12. I really enjoy having the opportunity to work 1:1 with a child/children, learning who they are and creating the bond of trust and respect, as well as with the family. Having open communication is very important and to work as a team. My goal is to help the parents, make life a little easier and less stressful. I have well over 20 years of experience. I also can help with an upkeep of the house, laundry, prepping/cooking dinner, transportation, errands and help with office work (knowledge of Microsoft Applications, emails, phone calls). I tutor in American Sign Language (any age).
