Career nanny with over 28 yrs. specializing in infant and early childhood development. I use current best practices and the knowledge I've gained through experience to schedule routines, gently encourage sleep patterns and solve feeding issues. I have a great understanding of developmental milestones and incorporate enrichment activities through everyday play. I have spent the later part of my career caring for multiples as long term nanny of two sets of triplets and night nanny to three sets of twins. I am experienced working along side healthcare professionals supporting occupational therapies and feeding therapies to ensure steady progress is achieved when children are facing developmental delays. My roll as nanny is patient and loving, firm yet gentle, understanding, and consistent.
