About Lorie

Being a mom and having run my own home based daycare, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, and I have decades of experience providing childcare. I wish to work with the parents to help maintain consistency on schedules, meals, entertainment and activities. I'm patient, calm, and have a friendly nature that helps me connect with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I believe in open communication with parents and hope to become an important part of your extended family. From outdoor adventures, arts and crafts, baking to educational games, I enjoy a variety of activities that engage children's minds and bodies at all age levels. I'm committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your child(ren) to thrive. I have cared for up to 6 children at a time with lots of love to go around. I am a mother of two grown successful children, married for over 30 years and have many years until retirement to enjoy your children.
