About Lori

I come with over 30yrs of experience and knowledge. I raised my own son as a single working mom and even then, I provided at home daycare(when he was a baby) and babysat on the side. I've always been a natural nurturer as it comes easy to me. I worked in the medical field for the last 20yrs as a medical assistant and then quickly went back to caring for others and became a Hospice caregiver. I was always CPR certified and certified in first aid. I would still babysit on the side when someone needed me. 11 yrs ago I retired from senior caregiving as my husband needed me to run his construction business and did until we had to close it due to his health. I missed caring for others and started babysitting and taking on Nanny positions to feel needed again and to feel young again. I am very young at heart and doing something that comes naturally to me, makes my heart happy. My absolute favorite age is newborns and infants but, toddlers make me laugh. Love reading and singing.
