With over two decades of dedicated experience in caregiving and home care coordination, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals facing challenges such as Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's Disease, and ALS. My commitment to providing compassionate care is complemented by certifications in First Aid, CPR, and as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). I offer reliable transportation for medical & personal appointments. As a U. S.-born citizen, I communicate clearly and effectively with clients and their families. My educational background in Integrative Health and Fitness and studies in healthy cooking and nutrition enable me to cater to diverse dietary needs. As a caregiver, senior companion, & home care coordinator, I assisted and managed all aspects of home care to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, including medication management, toileting, personal hygiene, & other daily activities. Provided personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
