The first few days of working with Loretta was pretty okay, but she very quickly became too comfortable with the job. I gave her ample time to straighten out her behavior and she failed miserably. Not only was she incredibly dismissive and rude, but she also had a particularly nasty habit of calling out last minute on many many occasions. If she had her way she would be sitting on the phone all day on the couch being lazy. Any time you would give her criticism she would hide behind her flimsy excuse of her life being hard. She seems to lack in appreciation of the fact that I was in fact her boss and just because I relied on her doesn't mean she can just walk all over me. The fact that she didn't foresee that I would fire her the moment I was able to find more caregivers is honestly on her. Honestly, I didn't even have the energy to care enough to post a negative review until she decided to Insult me repeatedly and call me transphobic slurs.
