Loretta is not the person who will report most days - her daughter Stacie will. When she did report, Loretta harassed my father's live-in night caregiver about her personal life to the point the woman quit and moved out. Loretta kept calling the apartments complex manager about mold in the spare bedroom in my dad's place to the point the complex called my husband and myself to tell us neither Loretta nor her daughter are allowed at the office or will be charged with trespassing. She bullied them incessantly, even when they were trying to fix it, we're thinking it's a major event: It was the most minute stain on the walls due to water leakage after the other lady moved out. We double checked that neither she nor my father were experiencing any health issues, nor did I, nor my daughter, nor my grandchild. She said "well Stacy had allergies". I told her I did not hire Stacie. 10/03/2024, I emailed and advised her that this conduct is not acceptable. Loretta quit that day with no notice. Unbeknownst to us, although she was paid to take dad to an appointment that day, she did not. I am just now reporting my concerns to Care.com. We thought she was perfect for dad. We were VERY wrong. Save yourself the drama and look elsewhere.
