About Loren Tate

I'm a patient, calm, and creative individual with almost a decade of experience in management. This experience has helped me understand both adults and children and hone in on my emotional intelligence. I'm also adventurous, lively, and playful, and I love teaching others! My most recent experience 1 year with toddlers and 6-18-month-old. My experience has shown me how stressful it can be for parents to find reliable and safe childcare. I'm passionate about relieving that worry for parents while helping their children learn, grow, and have fun. Regular communication is important, so I provide parents with updates via their preferred method. I follow the family's dietary, disciplinary, and recreational preferences, and I have creative ways to enforce household rules so that children sincerely. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles, with children.
