Loren is hard-working and creative. She has clever ideas to keep the patient busy and optimistic. She was occasionally a little late, but she always stayed to get her time in for us. My sister is better now, but we still want to keep using her (but just not as many hours) because she is so great with my sister. She treats the patient with great respect and care. I loved the fact that you just need to show her once what to do. After that, she sees what needs to be done and takes care of it.
