Amazing! beyond grateful for her services. I had hired her for a night event, the nanny for the earlier shift canceled. Lorena took the initiative to help us with that extra shift in such short notice. Our daughter warmed up to her so quickly, she took on a challenge in babysitting during an event and managed to make it a fun, engaging experience for our toddler. The entire time her focus was the safety of our toddler. She did not disappoint, if I could give 10 stars I would. She was punctual, reliable, professional, and above all demonstrated leadership and kindness. Thank you Lorena!
