I would describe myself as a nurturer. It is my mission as a Care Professional to provide a safe and healthy environment, for the individuals I care for. Honestly I love to work, I care about my clients needs, and make very sure they are met before leaving my shift. I head off issues, before they turn into stress or problems, through communication, and a manageable schedule. But if an issue does arise that needs to be addressed, I use communication and honesty, about the problem. In my experience, if a problem exists the first step to a resolution, is admitting there is a problem. Working as a Care Professional is my passion. I adjust to the environment, instead of expecting the environment to adjust to me. I believe, working in this field has equipped me with well rounded skills, in a home setting, in a social setting, or a profession setting. What I bring with me is 38 years of hands on experience. The best that I can do for my clients is to be a support system.
