Before retiring, I worked in the medical field for over 20 years. I worked as a physical therapy technician, as well as in quality assurance. I was primary scheduler and supervisor for both a home health agency and private duty company. I retired while working for the VA hospital as an administrative officer. Since retirement, I have worked for several patients as a private duty assistant. These positions usually last years. I try to be as flexible as possible, not only to help the client, but their family as well. I am comfortable with light housekeeping, exercise, memory assistance, meal prep, dressing, medication administration and transportation, including errands.
