Lora has been a wonderful companion to my mom, who has moderate Alzheimer's. We are so grateful to her for giving my dad a break and adding fun, understanding and joy to my mom's life! Thanks to her visits, my mom was able to remain in her home for an extra 1, if not 2, years. Lora is very patient and compassionate. She was able to keep my mom engaged in activities and active, which was not always easy. They went out to lunch, went shopping, went for walks, played games and did craft activities designed by Lora. Lora is extremely reliable (which has not been our experience with all care givers) and does a great job of staying in touch. She regularly sent us pictures of my mom doing various activities. My mom always looked so happy! Lora knows Dade City and Zephyrhills well. She found lots of things to do and places to go that we didn't even know about. She also is a great resource for what help is available to seniors in the area. I can't recommend her enough! My sister and I will be forever grateful for everything she has done for my parents.
