You can stop looking now - Lonnda is THE BEST!! She took care of our son from 6 months to kindergarten. I knew from the moment she first picked him up that she was the one. She has that magic combination of being silly and creative while still talking to the kids like a grown up. She treats them with consistent respect. So the kids adore her and give it right back! She helped us navigate the land of elusive naps, made potty training together a breeze, does TONS of craft activities and outdoor play and early reading & writing practice. I cannot recommend Lonnda highly enough - it will be the best decision you’ve ever made.
