I've always had a passion for helping children grow and develop, which led me to become a childcare provider. Having years of experience babysitting, I realized that I wanted to make a positive impact on children's lives. As a patient, friendly, and formal individual, I believe in open communication with parents, using their preferred method, to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I prioritize teaching children respect, kindness, patience, and teamwork while also letting them have fun. My approach is to provide a balance of continuity, firmness, and love, ensuring they understand the guidelines while feeling supported. I enjoy playing various games with children, from outdoor sports and physical activities to board games and educational games that promote learning. With four years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of different age groups, from toddlers to preteens.
