I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, providing daily written reports and using their preferred communication method to discuss their child's day and address any issues that may arise. I'm also comfortable following the household rules set by the parents to ensure a consistent and harmonious environment for the children. My experience includes caring for children of different ages, and I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time.
