Same experience as the other person. We Phone interviewed her 3x, she confirmed a fit, finally agreed on rate (she was more aggressive than others who replied to our ad), we stopped looking, then she bailed after wasting our time and leaving us scrambling further. I've hired many great caregivers and believe she is one to pass on.
