I have five years of teaching experience, including six months as a Special Needs Assistant. I am fully certified by the American Red Cross in Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED. I have a passion for children and education--I love watching little minds at work! As a teacher, I have experience with many different kinds of children from many different backgrounds, giving me the ability to work with any personality type. I'm always striving to teach, and I like to plan educational activities when babysitting. I have the ability to think on my feet, having been thrust into unknown classroom situations on multiple occasions! I connect well with children of any age, and I take a genuine interest in their lives and well-being. My hobbies include gardening, playing guitar and piano, and enjoying the outdoors.

Logan has been with us for a year now, and he is SO skilled in so many areas! He's a wonderful musician and plays the ukulele, guitar, Kalimba, and piano! He writes his own music and even made up some songs for my daughter that helped her learn to speak her name and also filled her with confidence and positive affirmations. Logan is also incredibly conscious when it comes to his word choices and knows how to build up both me and my daughter ! He's very playful and will take my daughters "yoga" classes, which entail of free falling backwards on the bed, pretending to sleep, crawling around like a caterpillar, and flying like a butterfly. He also goes to "love school" with us and drives around in imaginary school buses. He is great at head, shoulder, knees, and toes and waddling like a penguin too! Logan also speaks Spanish fluently and has recently taken up French because of our inclination and familiarity with the language! He's loving and encouraging and has the ability to calm as well as be enthusiastic! I strongly recommend Logan! He's Amazing!!
