Ljubica W., "Oma", as we call her joined our family when my twins were 3 months old. She instantly became known as "Oma," as she really is so much more to us than a "nanny." She will forever be part of our family. My boys absolutely love her; she is so warm and affectionate to them. Her energy levels and enthusiasm for all aspects of her life set such a good example for anyone who is around her. In addition to loving and caring for my kids, she also managed our household. Ljubica is a 'take charge' person who gives and always goes above and beyond. I was home quite often with Oma and the babies, and was able to spend so much time with her. We have become very close & I often spoke with Ljubica about all things "parenting." She is such a gift to our family, and I'm so glad that I followed my gut and hired her as soon as I met her.
