About Liz

I am an aspiring Occupational Therapist with years of experience as a companion and caregiver for older adults. Caring for my father throughout his FTD dementia journey was an honor and a deeply meaningful experience, reinforcing my passion for supporting clients and their families with compassion and empathy. I am warm, patient, and deeply empathetic, always striving to provide comfort, dignity, and meaningful connection to those in my care. I enjoy supporting older adults with daily tasks like meals, physical activity, errands, appointments, and personal care, while also providing companionship through activities they love-whether it's reading, playing games, or simply chatting. I love getting to know each client and finding what brings them the most comfort and joy. Additionally, I have extensive experience helping individuals stay connected with loved ones and confidently navigate technology, making communication and entertainment more accessible.
