I love working with children because it fills me with joy to see how they discover the world and learn new things every day. It's incredibly rewarding to contribute to their growth, support them in their development, and be part of those special moments that shape their childhood. Additionally, I'm inspired by their curiosity, energy, and their ability to see life with such a pure and honest perspective. For me, it's a privilege to guide them, care for them, and be a positive influence. I am looking for a job where I can contribute my experience and dedication to childcare, helping children grow in a safe, loving, and stimulating environment. I would love to be part of a family that values communication, trust, and the well-being of their children, and where I can make a meaningful contribution to their emotional, social, and educational development. Additionally, I am passionate about fostering independence and autonomy in children, using principles from the Montessori method.
