As a caring, dedicated, and compassionate mental health counselor, I have extensive background providing residential support to children and teens struggling with a wide array of challenges. My mission is to create opportunities for your child to experience a sense of success and therefore improved self esteem in navigating the world! I am trained in de-escalation, trauma-informed care, emotional support and co-regulation, therapeutic crisis intervention, recreational and creative therapy techniques, behavioral therapy techniques, milieu management and medication administration. I have personal experience with special needs and mental health populations, inspiring me to a life of serving others. I believe in building trusting, healthy relationships centered around respect, compassion and integrity.
