About Lisa

My name is Lisa and I am available for part-time child and pet care. I am a graduate student at Portland State University, but am physically in Walla Walla due to COVID and online school. I am married and in my early 30's. My child care experience includes three years of daycare work, caring for children ages 6 months to 7 years old. Through daycare work, I became a full-time babysitter for several families. In 2010, I volunteered at the Community School in Winthrop, Wa. I worked with first through fourth graders; helping with art and outdoor education classes. During this time, I was also an after school caregiver for the principal's 7-year-old daughter. Regarding pet care, I have house sat for many families in Methow Valley, WA. I have cared for dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, peacocks and horses. My mother is dog trainer and we always had pets during my childhood. I feel comfortable around animals. Thank you for reading my bio. I look forward to meeting you!
