Hi! I'm recently retired and love kids. I've worked with kids of all ages, including as a literacy coach with K-3 in public schools. Friends refer to me as a "baby whisperer" because I'm so good at calming fussy little ones. Since I started nannying I've cared for kids from 2-months to 4-years old. I have 3 families that I worked with for more than one year. I'm very loving, attentive, patient and flexible. The preschoolers say that I'm a bit silly. I like to sing/dance/play finger games/come up with new ways to incorporate physical and language development into play. I try to get outside with kids as much as possible and enjoy walks/trips to the park while talking about the neighborhood, nature and whatever else interests them. I'm a college grad, First Aid/CPR certified and COVID vaccinated & boosted. I'm happy to help with light housework, such as dishes, laundry and sweeping. My car is reliable. References available.
