I'm strong, work at a good pace, and am not afraid to sweat. I do appreciate a fan in the hot summer. AC homes are my top choice. I need to know if you have any insect infestations like roaches or bedbugs. I will decline a job in order to keep my other clients safe. Pets cleanup poop/vomit on floors is an extra charge. Litter box cleaning is $25 extra. I supply all my own cleaning products, tools, and vacuum. I'm happy to use your cleaning solutions if you prefer it. I give a free walk through consultation, where you can show me what you'd like done.
