Whether housekeeping, pet care or senior care I give Lisa 5 stars. There is not a single thing I would change concerning the way that Lisa performed during the latest process. I recently had a full knee replacement and would not have been able to do it without Lisa’s assistance. On the morning of the surgery, we had to be at the hospital at 7:00 AM, which meant that Lisa had to pick me up at 6:30 AM. She was right on time, and we made it to the hospital with plenty of time to spare. Lisa stayed with me through the intake process and then waited through the surgery. She stayed around to see if there was anything that I needed and then left to go take care of my pets. I had given Lisa a key to my house which I would not do with just anybody, but I trust Lisa totally and completely and did not give a second thought to giving her the key so that she could look after my animals. The next day Lisa picked me up from the hospital and brought me home. She was paramount in helping me get into the house and settled. I requested that she give the house a quick vacuum which she happily did. Over the course of the next 3 weeks while I recovered Lisa would come over every few days to clean the house, which she did a superb job at. Overall, I cannot say enough about Lisa and the way she handles herself, with a professional and friendly manner, always with a positive outlook. I will always use Lisa when the situation demands it and would not hesitate to recommend her to somebody who is looking for assistance of any kind.
