As a nurturing individual with 30 years of teaching experience, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. My calm and friendly demeanor creates a welcoming environment where children feel safe and comfortable. I have extensive coursework in early childhood development, and I'm a certified teacher. I'm happy to follow parents' preferred communication methods to keep them informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a safe and structured environment. My approach to childcare involves educational games that promote learning and fun activities like board games and puzzles. I'm comfortable caring for one child and have experience with all age groups from infants to preteens. I am also willing to assist with cooking and meal preparation, as well as supervising swimming activities.
