About Lisa

I'd describe my personality as kind, positive, trustworthy, and reliable. I like caring for seniors because I like making a positive difference in one's day. I enjoy providing them with the comfort and care and general feeling of well being I strive to bring into their daily lives. I cared for a lovely lady who had Parkinson's and dementia and I also went on to care for her husband who had dementia. I worked with them for 8 years. My tasks with them included mobility issues, managing all medications, leading a staff of 6 other caregivers, scheduling all medical appointments and taking them and journaling. I did all meal planning and shopping and cooking all meals. I was also house manager and oversaw daily running of large household. In my spare time, I love to travel, when schedule permits, and love to cook and spend time with my kids and dogs. One thing you should know about me is I'm extremely reliable and trustworthy.
