I am a retired preschool teacher with over 28 years of experience and Have a background in Early Childhood Ed and behavior management. The most recent course was Conscious Discipline. This course teaches that children don't respond to rewards and punishment... but building a relationship with the caregiver. Love is the best motivator for learning and growth. What I love most about children is their curiosity and ability to learn if given the right learning opportunities. I also love their honestly and unconditional love. My approach is fun and caring... but firm.. I have raised three children and have 11 grandchildren. I am a firm believer in good communication with parents and am dependable trustworthy, and will do light housekeeping. I prefer to be on a payroll and I have references available. looking forward to hearing from you.

Lisa is a fantastic nanny with a deep understanding of taking care of children. My daughters took to her immediately. Lisa is prompt and reliable, and she keeps open lines of communication. She did a wonderful job keeping my infant daughter on the routine we established and she always had something fun to do or talk with my older daughter about whenever she was home from school. On nice days, she always made time for a walk so the baby could have some fresh air. She also keeps the toys tidied and would help with unloading the dishwasher or other tidying as the day would allow. We adore her!
