Lisa was scheduled to interview with my Mom and I yesterday afternoon at 1pm. She texted me to say she had gotten lost, but would be at the interview site in 25 minutes. She never showed up in spite of my leaving her a phone message and a text offering to provide directions and/or coming to her location. My poor 90 year old Mom waited for her for almost three hours, afraid to leave because she didn’t want to miss her. We have not heard from her since she said she would be there in 25 minutes even though it has now been a day later. We hope that no emergency happened for her, but feel that in the absence of an emergency, her lack of courtesy and reliability leaves a lot to be desired!
