About Lisa

I am currently a RBT (Registered Behavior Therapist) that is out of work due to the hurricane. I am looking for a family who has school aged kids that needs help with their children until school starts back. I am a former Preschool, Kindergarten teacher. I have worked with children for over 20 years. I've worked with children with diverse backgrounds from ages birth - 18 years old. Previously owned my own in home day care. I provided daily activities which included engaging play, cooking, arts and crafts, and out door activities. Weekly visits to the library, park and easy hiking. Also had weekly field trips to gymnastic gym, pool, splash pad, nature center and other special events. I am easy going but enjoy structure and routine. I realize that flexibility is a key element in any plan and like to adjust according to the child's needs and interest. I provide a safe and fun environment that encourages growth and meets developmental needs.
