I am currently a special ed para in a classroom. I am 1 on 1 with a girl who has angel-mans syndrome. I love working with her and learning about all of her ways to communicate non verbally. In the past I have worked with a girl with a leg injury that needed mental and physical support through the healing process. I've really gotten quite a bit of experience working within the school district. I love it and will pursue a career in something with similar content.
