Lisa started with our family when our son (first child) was 12 weeks old, and is still with us almost 4 years later. I (mother) work from home, and wanted someone who could care for my son during my dedicated work hours. Initially, I didn't think I would keep a nanny for longer than maybe a year and ultimately transition to preschool. After a year with Lisa, my husband and I knew we could not live without her. She is the most dependable, caring, energetic, and knowledgable caregiver you could ask for. She has NEVER been late or unexpectedly absent in 4 years. As a first time mom, when I had questions or worries, she always had helpful suggestions and advice, while never overstepping. I cannot even begin to explain how much our son loves her. As our son got older, she knew exactly when and how to incorporate educational activities into their day. He consistently excels compared to other kids his age educationally, which I credit to her. I cannot adequately express how highly I would recommend her, and anyone would be so lucky to have her.
