I have a wealth of medical experience, including wound care, mobility, postoperative care, proper use of medical equipment, and performing ADL's. Providing care to my mother, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease, at home over 8 years, gave me more experience with the skills I listed. Changing gears to caregiving after 28 years of practicing physical therapy is where I feel in my soul, I have the most to offer one on one empathetic and compassionate care. I am very family-oriented with a love for animals, especially cats and dogs, and am eager to create a pleasant and nurturing environment for your loved one.
