About Lisa

Being a nanny for over 20 years, I can say that my child care style has evolved and is now a mature style that I and my colleagues have found effective. When I started out, I realized that I loved being around kids and I would like them to be a part of my life that I could come to enjoy, and I still feel the same way today. I am hands-on with children, teaching them appropriate skills based on their age. Families that I have worked with always appreciated my attention towards their children and their developing skills, which I try to focus on when I am nannying. In disciplining children, I believe in positive discipline and try to reward good behavior when I can. However, I will help you raise your children the way you want them to be raised to the best of my ability.
