About Lisa

I currently work on an elementary campus for RR ISD and as a mom/grandmother, with decades of experience, I'm passionate about caring for children. My journey in caregiving began with babysitting roles, where I discovered my aptitude for nurturing and educating young minds. I'm dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. My calm and patient personality, coupled with my ability to communicate effectively with parents, allows me to build strong relationships with both children and families. I believe in open communication and keeping parents updated about their child's day, following their preferred communication method. When enforcing household rules, I ensure a consistent and respectful approach, fostering a sense of responsibility and discipline in the children I care for. My approach to play involves a mix of educational and recreational activities, including board games, puzzles, and games that promote learning and development.
