I'm a fun loving, personable, and organized individual with a passion for working with children. I am easy to get along with, I'm honest and flexible with my time. I have learned so much about the importance of effectively guiding the physical and emotional growth of children during their development. I personally believe in teaching children how to think rather than what to think, so I'd rather not push my own ideas onto a child. Instead, I prefer to probe children with questions so that they find answers on their own. I am very energetic and have no problem keeping up with the playfulness of young children. I am always willing to get down on my hands and knees during play time, read stories with enthusiastic and animated voices. I am unafraid of all things sticky and slimy. I love researching new ideas and methods of making learning fun and often create games and activities, arts and crafts and small projects.
