I am an experienced educator with a strong background in literacy and child development. Currently pursuing a Ph. D. in Literacy at St. John's University. I have worked as a Volunteer Reading Tutor with Reading Partners at P. S. 18 in the Bronx, where I support elementary school children in achieving their reading goals through tailored lessons and continuous professional development. Additionally, I have taught online English lessons to children aged 5-12 with VIPKid, creating engaging and effective learning experiences. My experience in education, combined with a deep commitment to fostering literacy and learning in children, makes me well-suited to provide high-quality care and educational support.
