About Lisandra

I'd describe my personality as colorful, helpful, and kind. I like caring for seniors because I grew up living with my grandma and caring for her after she became an above the knee amputee. My grandma was my best friend, and I always loved helping others. I'm looking for a job that will help others while providing a little more financial stability in my life. I want to connect and help where I can! I started caring for seniors when I was 19 caring for my grandma who was going through 3 knee surgeries back to back and ultimately an amputation. I have been working with adults with IDD for 2yrs in a residential group home setting. My daily tasks there involve cooking, cleaning, medication management, mobility assistance, driving to appt's and day programs, and helping them work on their daily goals according to their needs. (Most of the people I work with are 50+) One thing you should know about me is I will do my best to care for your loved ones as I would want mine cared for.
